The domains have to be purchased through PayPal, or a CC, it wouldn't be too hard to have someone
buy for you and just transfer it straight to you right away.

Yes, but like I stated earlier, I am purchasing for people at 3.75$ a pop for .com etc, for they are not on here.

Not to my knowledge, I have never heard of that at all, where do you have to wait 60 days to transfer a domain?
Most domains have a security lock on them and an auth key that is shared with the receiving name-server.
Regardless if that is the case with other sites, I have never ran into that.
