So this dude with -3 rep and 0 buyer rating wanted me to go first on a $18 bitcoin deal, when my membership cost more than that and I've exchanged $2k+ worth on this site.

Unsure why you made this thread. It's clear he is advertising a different forum with spammy posts. He is bound to get closed within a few hours.

Because not only was he making posts, he was messaging tons of members attempting to scam/rat. I did not want anyone to be a victim before his account getting closed.

If anyone falls for his scam they deserve to be scammed. If they even care about their own well-being they would take a quick peek at his rep+posts+threads.

I've seen people get scammed/ratted by accounts like this because they are new to hackforums and don't know better.
