The purchase is about $85. Unless you're in Mexico, the only way you can pay is with a PayPal account that has a credit card linked to it.

Started a contract with OP but the payment didn't go through. Apparently credit cards aren't accepted unless you're from Mexico (not sure about PayPal).

Use localbitcoin or paxful find someone buying BTC and he pay with PayPal from mexico
I stead he send you paypal ask him to pay for the card.
I used to do similar thing just in my case it was Japan.
