Does anyone know if there is anything like this that exists? I've spent the past few days searching for a solution.
A prepaid visa card could work as well, however, it would have to have high ATM Limits & spending limits & not require any personal information.
My mission is being able to withdraw bitcoin anonymously.

Technically speaking, there's nothing "Anonymous". You gotta verify your identity in order to receive a Prepaid Bitcoin VISA/MC for ATM withdrawal.

Probably, I've only found virtual cards that allow to be anonymous but that's about it.

Doubt such thing excists, you have to verify your identity and address in order to get the card shipped.

I know in America this does not exist. I suppose some countries it might be different.
