i have some friends that he asked me to send him some software from pirate bays, my friend live in canada and it's illegal to download cracked file so i need a site or some method to send him the file safely can you help me guys ???

You can use a site like mega.nz and upload it there, or zip the file up and add a file to encrypt it. Then you can send it how you like and it is more difficult for it to be filtered.

Your friend can download a VPN and download it himself? Preferrably through Tor Browser as well.
Or else you can do what tux1 explained, which is a good advice.
