I would like to see this guy test it out too. I've seen a bunch of these methods, but never have seen anyone confirm that they work consistently

Most of these adwords methods work but they don't really fit well for someone running a real business with high adspend. You have to churn accounts spending only $350-500 per account. So to get 25k ad spend you will be making a shit ton of accounts. And since they're all only spending $350 you don't really have much time for the algorithm to optimize.
Usually these accounts are best for BH niches where you are constantly getting banned. Or if testing new offers and want to test for free, then once you have some data move over to your real accounts.

OP gave me a vouch copy, first of all thanks a lot for the opportunity to review it!
The method looks very good and OP showed me concrete proof that it worked. The package includes 6 videos that show you exactly what to do step-by-step and 1 .txt file that will tell you how to run campaigns safely without getting blocked. This is by far way better than free tutorials online because with them you'll get your campaigns blocked instantly while OP provides exactly what you need to do (with the exact campaign settings & tips) so you can spend the whole threshold and even more without getting blocked!
So while there are some "tutorials" online, you can try them out for yourself and see that you'll get blocked (I know this because I've tried them by myself).
I'll be showing proof soon that one of my accounts spent the whole threshold (once the threshold is over).
Keep in mind: OP doesn't run/show you how to run blackhat campaigns (AKA CPA, ClickBank etc), it's your job to figure that out by yourself if you want to go that route.

No, You just need 1 paypal account to make 8-10 Google Ads Accounts.
