Design:
The design of the 'template pack' is good. Everything is stored in folders, which got either subfolder(s) or clear files which you really can't miss seeing when seeking anything. The design of the template itself is nice. You got all the different images in each folder where it belongs, so you won't have to scroll through hundreds of images to find what you need.

Content:
The content of the pack is basically the same as the design. It's all sorted out for you and you only have to upload it with FileZilla or whatever you prefer. Not much to say about this, other than go give it a try and you 'build' a landing page in no-time. Further it is pretty simple, it looks legitimate, but a HF member would tell the difference, of course. This design and content of the template I received as vouch copy will make me some money. All I have to do is take care of hosting, a domain and traffic.

Price:
Although there is a large potential of profits to be made with these packs, I still wouldn't price them this 'high'.
High, is of course a word that has a different meaning to any HF member. I would charge around $15 per template, or $25 for 2 templates at one. Anyways, the prices and profits aren't my concern, that's all to OP to decide. I do know that you can make your money back with this, if monetised well. Bring high quality traffic to one of these templates and you will definitely earn back your money.

Overall:
Received the PM and downloaded the files pretty fast. It comes in one zipped file, which is clean of any virus results scanned with VirusTotal. The quality of the content and designs are as expected, yet in my opinion it is priced a bit high.
Further I would suggest you to contact OP for any questions upfront and it will make you some nice profits if you bring the right traffic and 'method' to monetise these templates of course!
