Sockets... - indetectable - Sep 14, 2020

Hi, just a quick question:
The sockets allow to send and execute a command on a client ??
If so, do you have any tutorials in French?

RE: Sockets... - Poet - Sep 14, 2020

You can use sockets to communicate between the server and client and then execute local commands with the client.

Thank you, but how can the client execute the command sent by the server? (Sample code please ??)

Because the programmer in question added the code to execute the given command. Things don't just magically happen by simply opening connections between machines.

In code it could look something like:

Code
switch(command.Type) {
  case Command.Type.LAUGH:
    Console.WriteLine("hahah");
    break;
....
}

Will you have the same code on the server side?

Google for "c# reverse shell" or something like that.
Also, github is your friend https://github.com/search?l=C%23&q=reverse+shell&type=Repositories

Learn2code then

RE: Sockets... - indetectable - Sep 16, 2020

There is very little or no documentation in my language (no tutorial in French or documents on sockets in C #) ...

Learn English. I know that sounds harsh, but I'm not English either. This isn't about some language being better than another, its about the availability of resources.
The rate at which you can learn things drastically increase if you can add English resources to the list of places you can learn from.

2 seconds of research on google.fr with the words "socket" "asynchrone" "vb.net"

https://vincentlaine.developpez.com/tuto/dotnet/socketasynchrone/vbnet/
https://docs.microsoft.com/fr-fr/dotnet/framework/network-programming/asynchronous-server-socket-example

Yes, that's what I'm going to do

"vb.net" ?? We are in the c # section

"https://vincentlaine.developpez.com/tuto/dotnet/socketasynchrone/vbnet/ " I don't like developpez.com
"https://docs.microsoft.com/fr-fr/dotnet/framework/network-programming/asynchronous-server-socket-example"

Copying something stupidly doesn't teach me to think. (Even more if it's in English)

Look on google for more than two seconds before posting a response

Then maybe don't just C+P blindly, but try to actually understand what's there. StackOverflow can be a good place to look too. As people said above, if you don't know English, your possibilities are really limited. Most resources are in English, even the coding languages are in English. (or at least I've never seen anything like $objecterino->getterinoUsernamerino() by default)

RE: Sockets... - riu41776 - Sep 20, 2020

It seems like that people here don't understand that sockets are the lowest level of system communication. it's the establishment of the raw communication of bits going through the osi level 1 (physical layer) to the endpoint.

There are some application layers (osi level 7) that abstract sockets to make it easier to develop software so you don't need to deal with implementation details such as RPC based.
