Hey. Sent you a PM, however I am quite confused what you are asking.
My understanding is that you are looking for a DNS amplification method or a UDP attack, however you would need to be more specific as there are many UDP attacks out there. Most UDP attacks are either optimized for bandwidth or PPS and DNS amplification is a whole difference beast that would require IP spoofing/IPHM.

he's looking for someone to generate udp payloads, which technically isn't that difficult.

That's what I figured. I was confused as to why someone would want to pay for a simple UDP attack as most of them included in mirai and owari are customizable. Anyway, looking up "nmap udp payloads" will yield some results, but I can definitely make some custom payloads as most smart people will drop packets with those strings.
