The correct term would be Cross Site Scripting (XSS) thus, not being a SQL Injection. Which website are you actually trying to pentest anyway?

HTML injection is an attack that is closely related to XSS

If he were talking about pure HTML, for sure, but I highly doubt that's what he is desiring. Dunno though, I could be just assuming what he wants incorrectly.
