Most memorable Moment When In Grades 1-5 - Proxies.tv - Oct 4, 2020

What was your most memorable moment when you were in grade school?

I remember when I was in the 1st grade I had this crush on a girl. Her name was Vanessa and to this day I'll never forget the experience. She was very popular and someone I considered out of my league. So I made her a ring out of string because it was the only thing I could think of to give her to get her attention. To my surprise she wore that string as a ring for the rest of the school day and then we started chasing each other around the play ground at school for the next few weeks. Throughout my life I've never forgotten how simple things were back in those days.

I wrote a note to my crush in 2/3rd grade and she accepted, we dated, but never actually did anything! Nowadays I only get turned on by asians, so I would never date her anyway

I will never forget it man, I used to cycle next to her house, just to leave a love letter in their mailbox, proper cringe, but she loved it xD

Not the most memorable experience, but in 1st grade we use to have to line up boys on one side of the door, girls on other. So this one day I'm first in line. I'm happy as hell because that's more play time in restroom, lol. Most of the other kids are talking so the teacher isn't letting us go right out. As she tries to get the other kids quiet, she slams the damn door and there goes the tip of my pinky finger. Pretty wild experience, the level of panic was unreal lol. I'm often reminded of this when I wash my hands.

I still think that was the best time of my life. Discovering the real world for the first time.

Truly its not the same as the beginning. The loss of innocence comes entirely too fast.

Once you have lost your innocence, the world suddenly becomes a bit more grey, from my point of view.

Yeah, for sure, there are a few memories, family, friends, moments....but times when there was no stigma or deeper meanings and complexities attached...it's special...we spent every break time together, walked to and from school together and hung out at weekends...was innocent, but special....even magical :)
