Well they do not contain any tobacco so that is already better and instead use CBD cannabis which a lot of people say helps fight cancer. There is very low levels of THC so it doesn't have any psycho active effects.

CBD is good for anxiety I hear, if you suffer from that you may notice some benefit.

They contain chemicals that act as antioxidants and they have absolutely 0 tobacco in them so I guess their alright.

It still has to be smoked so your burning carcinogens. Smoking anything isn't good for the lungs regardless.

I would definitely recommend CBD bud over hemp, because you'll get at least some decent effects from it instead of just smoking for the sake of it you know?

When I started smoking it was very funny we laugh a lot and we don't smoke too much
It is when the consumption increases and I smoke 1g per day that I start to have problems
Loss of self-confidence / paranoia / anxiety attack ect
inevitably with such a problem I quit smoking but this experience inevitably leaves some annoyances which slowly dissolve over time

This pretty much sums it up. Anything that undergoes a combustion reaction before entering your lungs will not be good for you. This is why smoke inhalation is more of a hazard than being engulfed by flames in a burning house. Remember the words of Chris Notap, "there's only one thing meant for your lungs and that's air"
Still, there are people who will smoke anyway, but even vaporizing is less unhealthy than smoking.

Hemp? I don't know, I never heard of a hemp cigarette, maybe a hemp joint with no THC or CBD.
