Probably the funniest thing I experienced in a while - SIM-4845328 - Oct 7, 2020 Okay. So my mother is currently paying for 2 different streaming services. One of them is Netflix and another one based in our country. My grandpa had the login for the one based in our country and he received a message that he couldn’t use it because it was not his account. So my mom gave him the Netflix login instead. And told him to add a new user and watch what he wanted from there. So he called the user on Netflix “ Jolli “ which is the name of my parents dog, because he thought that in that way no one would figure out that he was using it. Lmao hahaha. This might be the funniest thing I heard in a while. My 67 years old grandpa going fully Anonymous on Netflix. Anyways, just wanted to share something funny, since it’s a bit tech related RE: Probably the funniest thing I experienced in a while - fernquaker - Oct 7, 2020 (Oct 7, 2020 12:04 AM)Jibakurei Wrote: Okay. I don't mean to disrespect your grandpa in any way. I think your grandpa just don't want others see what he is watching on Netflix. I might be wrong. Just my opinion though. Teaching your grandpa to become anonymous might be a pain in the ass. For me, I was teaching my 68 year old father on how to order items online and it was a pain in the ass teaching him. XD RE: Probably the funniest thing I experienced in a while - Mr. Atlas - Oct 7, 2020 My 70-year-old grandfather would like me to teach him how to use a computer ... I wonder why lmao I would install a VPN for him when he has a computer, it's healthier RE: Probably the funniest thing I experienced in a while - Hitler - Oct 7, 2020 I never understood how some people aren't quick with current technology. Yeah they are old, but like they didn't freeze in time for 20 years, then a computer came available to them and they are just within the last 3 years being introduced to them. They grew old with technology, just the same as we grow old from a iPod, to a iPod Touch, to a iPhone 11, etc. You adapt, and learn by having the equipment, so I guess they just weren't equipped?
