Does anyone have a clue about how can we jam our own video during an online class on google classroom, so that the teacher will think that the student have a network problem/slow network ( making the video kind of glitchy )

Just download some sort of program which can spam network packets which will drain your network card bandwidth, i guess this will slow it down.

Some tool like LOIC , just put like localhost or your router default gateway and max packet rate.

If you're on the same network as the teacher you can send their device or entire access point a deauth attack. You can do this using airecrack. You can also look into using hping3.
