Hello, is there a way to implement in C an email sender without hardcoding smtp user/passw into the executable, so without logging into a smtp server ?

Pass the exe a file with the credentials.

the problem is not solved because if the victim can sniff an encryption key or the plaintext credentials itself, the email account is at risk

Either way it'll be able to be sniffed if you debug it in memory.
Only way is to use a website to send it (host an API).

+1. It doesn't have to be a website though, you can ping a machine with a public IP address but you get the idea.
