Can anybody tell me how to track exact location of a person using it IP or whatever but i want to want to know its real loation

hi buddy,
You can't really trace someone's precise location only using his IP.
if you want a precise location you have to infect his phone with a RAT that will show his GPS location, or send him a link to a malicious page so he shares his location for a short moment.
i can not offer you any of the solutions, but i hope this information helps you.
