b - ratings staff editor approval for the future ? - Think1st - Dec 2, 2020
Okay I just had a suggestion and wanted to see what your thoughts on the situation.
I had a bad experience with a user a while back over a exchange which took to long to complete but it got completed. During the process me and this user were not getting this problem fixed so we both had neg b - rating.
which is dumb and stupid on both our parts. But after some time we apologized to each other and wanted to resolve this situation after some time. Well knowing that we can't edit our b -ratings I was thinking maybe have a b - rating editor for staff to approve or deny.
Was thinking of a system were both users explain what happen and why staff should change or cancel there b - rating. So this gives a chance for everyone to fix what they have did wrong. We can even have a cap to how many chances a user has to get edit approvals like 1-3 times a year. I can admit I was in the wrong but in my eyes at the time I didn't see it as my fault cause I wasn't patient.

Meh, at some point we'll make some adjustments that hopefully make sense. I'll probably review any Contract updates and changes in Jan 2021.

Thanks yeah I just want to get a 2nd chance back to being 100% positive and I messed that up due to me not being patient. Also I can see why many users can abuse this system reason being I said only staff can approve or deny it. Also having it 1-3 times a year make it good for user to stay in good standing.

What about disputes open due to the person being gone for awhile or longer? We can't resolve the disputes when they refuse to reply, log on, or acknowledge your side of the story when you defend yourself during said dispute.
