You could start with Beginning Linux Programming and Professional Linux Programming by Wiley
Then you could try Professional Linux Kernel Architecture by Wiley

I'd start with YouTube or reading through doucumentation at first, then try picking a highly rated Udemy (warez disallowed) course that teaches specific advanced topics you're interested in such as OS specific stuff
