Is it still dissalowed to make forum wide rules suggestions in the suggesting section?

True....but I can't remember if it was a bannable offense. He used to be pretty strict about suggesting rule changes.

If you think theres a risk then use the contact form. Im sure you wont get repercussions for that.

Not bannable, but he did give me a -10 for suggestion a marketplace for selling/buying awards. Which later got implemented... and removed haha
It was an honest suggestion. He probably had his reasons.
