Who knows something about html5 - Marketplace - Dec 12, 2020 Hello HF I was wondering if you could help me out. How do I place ads that slide ![]() In the blog article RE: Who knows something about html5 - Angela White - Dec 12, 2020 You'd use CSS to accomplish this. Look into something like Bootstrap (https://getbootstrap.com/) or CSS flexboxes to achieve this. It looks like you're using Wordpress though, I'm sure there's already Wordpress plugins that allow you to put ads on your blog. RE: Who knows something about html5 - Kriptik - Dec 18, 2020 What you're trying to achieve is some kind of animation, I think you'd need JavaScript for that. There is no animations in this, please don't comment unless you actually know what you're talking about. No point in confusing others and boosting your post count. They have a grid system, mobile responsive layouts, carousels (and other cool JS effects), and much more. https://getbootstrap.com/docs/5.0/examples/ all the sites listed here were made using Bootstrap :) RE: Who knows something about html5 - zoro_1 - Dec 18, 2020 (Dec 18, 2020 03:32 PM)KasprDev Wrote: There is no animations in this, please don't comment unless you actually know what you're talking about. Calm your tits I misread I thought he was asking for a way to make an element slide from left to right side of the page, no need for you to tell us how smart you are. RE: Who knows something about html5 - Mister Slyther - Dec 19, 2020 You don't need any CSS framework, people rely too much on CSS frameworks instead of learning CSS properly. use CSS Grids, make a 3 column grid and put your content as you have in the middle, then use the other 2 to put ads. You can then use CSS animations or Javascript GSAP library to animate as you desire. I wasn't trying to show off "how smart I am", you have no idea how many people I have to deal with wanting me to code shit for them that are confused as fuck because they Google things they want and come across replies like yours giving complete wrong information. I had one of my clients on here try telling me a proxy was a version of a [BRAND NAME REMOVED] account because he saw someone post that on a thread here. People learn and absorb the information they see here and you're bound to completely confuse someone as to what CSS even is. I see what you mean, but anyways as I already mentioned before I misread what the OP tried to do. Mistakes happen unfortunately. |
