Go to the relevant contract, open dispute at bottom of contract.

First of all, you're not selling anything so don't create a thread like this in this section. Secondly, read the Help Docs. They really are helpful and will save you time and stress.

Dispute the Contract. Go to the Contract of the deal in question and click on the dispute button. Fill out every field and dispute the Contract. A Deal Dispute thread is automatically generated once the Dispute is created.
