I turned my USB into a Data steeler, The only problem is that I can only steal data from the device when it is unlocked, but now I have a question, How can I upgrade it so it can also steal data from a laptop that is locked?

What attack vector did you take? Keystroke injector?

Open the target PC in Safety Mode. You can make this with your USB too

Depending on what kind of encryption the box uses, you could also try booting into a live version of kali and mount the FS
A dictionary attack using a USB keystroke injector on the password might be possible, but not effective in most cases

If your USB thief uses keystone injection as an attack vector, you can program it any way you like
