Quote:PayPal Fraud
With PP fraud rampant in the hacker community we feel it's our duty to take a stand on this one. We will not allow discussion on selling of PayPal accounts, stealing accounts, or verifying accounts with false information. This also applies to services/companies that provide similar accounts such as Stripe, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, Coinbase, etc. Basically if you're doing something against the TOS of PayPal, you're breaking a rule here.

Interesting. There was a user named Yajat (https://hackforums.net/member.php?action=profile&uid=4872981) who was banned a month ago. Only a day after being banned Kolakilo2 registered his account.
