When you say warmed up you mean dummy is running and we can create our own campaign right away?

No due to the recent Adwords update the old methods for creating the accounts is not valid anymore.

But you can give it a try if you want.

Can we use the same domain in multiple accounts? Like, if one account gets suspend, do we need a new domain to run ads in another account or we can use the same domain?

I think it can cause a problem but I have seen many people using the same website over and over again even after getting suspended. But its risky so you should avoid it.

I got RDP details with instructions. I setup campaign and it got approved in 10min and started getting impressions. So far good.
