There are features of the RTX 3090 that are disabled through the software? - Anatoli_Smorin - Jan 2, 2021
Is it true that there are certain features on the RTX 3090 that are permanently disabled via the drivers, which prevent it from running to it's 100% full potential?
Why is this? And will these features ever be unlocked?

Some people are having issues that they won't have the max fps the should be getting.
For some it helped to change this settings in the BIOS PCI settings were on auto, switched them to PCiE gen 4
