How do you accidentally create and accept a contract for SMS verification, go through with the deal, then decide the deal shouldn't have happened.
It's fucking $2.50 just get over it and pay him. You are the one who fucked up by accepting a contract you didn't want to complete. Now complete it.

The contract that was created makes the entire deal invalid. I dont have to pay anything.

How about you pay me THEN I’ll close the dispute. You really think because I was a new member at the time of the transaction I’m stupid enough to fall for your games? You were paying $2.5 for SMS verification, I provided my phone number and completed the SMS you suggested.
My end of the deal is completed, at this point it’s all on you. I’ll send my new BTC address when you’re ready, until then, I’ll keep the dispute on my profile no problem.

DO NOT mark the dispute as resolved until you are satisfied with the outcome. If the seller is blackmailing you, please send any on-site proof to staff so they can issue an appropriate action against his account for breaking blackmailing policy. While that might not get your money (or whatever that was disputed) back, we take blackmailing seriously and believe no member should go through that.
Be aware of this policy and the one right after it in the Deal Disputes Help Doc.

So, What I'm hearing is you're a scumbag who values $2.50 over your reputation as a consumer/merchant in this marketplace. And that you prey on those inexperienced with contracts to "legally" (And I use that term sarcastically) scam users. How about you stop blackmailing him and just admit you scammed him? Or, Do the right thing and pay up the $2.50 lmao it's sad to see someone being that much of a low life to do this over less than the price of a cup of coffee...
