Bought Dent with $40 BTC 3 years back.
I went mooning and my portfolio reached $1000.
The coin was like 10 cent and had very much the potential to get to 20 cent easily.
So I thought...
The next day it went down, and I have hodl it ever since.
Now my portfolio is worth almost $9...

I have many stories but one that hurts me the most is the one I'll post about.
When I was younger I had about $3k on Poloniex and I was talking to a friend on Skype on the daily about crypto and stuff. He told me about a new double-spending method on a casino and after a lot of SE on his side he managed to get me on board for it. He showed me a wallet with almost $1m in it and told me to trust him.
We use a public website for double-spending, I send a racking 0.7 BTC (around $3k at the time) to the website while screen sharing, always having control. Little did I know, you could see the "owner key" for that double-spend session in the screenshare. This meant that he could control the double-spending from the website and instead decided to re-direct the payment back to him.
I accept my 98% loss and move on, decide to check the crypto market and BTC price 1 month after.
It was worth $15k, I was only 15.
Wish I never trusted the guy and went with my gut feeling.

I had 1 BTC six years ago i spent the money on PS4 console and the rest on useless things.
Imagine if i have kept it safe in my Laptop.
Another story i bought 8 ETHs when it used to be $9 each, i kept trading and losing them and sold the rest for $200 or $300.

Few months before the peak of the last bull run I put 3 BTC into Elix, it turned into around 30 BTC.
Dumped hard before I could cash any of it out.
Project went dead after that....
I probably even had a thread on HF about it.
Everything seemed legit and constant updates and then bam, exit scam.

First ever test investment in crypto's was in Stratis, Stratis was like 0.02 at the time in 2016 I invested $20. My $20 investment went over the roof and became $2000 when I sold.
It eventually hit $19 ATH before it crashed LMAO
I hopped off the train with $1980 profit but Stratis was just a TEST investment before I invested aggresive if I skipped the test phase and wouldve went right to the aggresive phase I would've be fucking rich right now..
If I diddnt test invest $20 and went right for a proper one with atleast $500 it would've been like this :
$500 : 0.02 = 25000
25000 x $19 ATH = $475000
Since then I been chasing for a hidden gem so long... Then the 2018 crash came which crushed all our hope. UNTIL NOW, NOW THE TIME IS RIPE AGAIN LETS FU>CKING GO!!!!!!!
Imagine making 100x ROI on your first ever dummy test investment... Trust me brother you'll be addicted forever till riches.
