Unpacking and repacking exe - JuVe - Jan 12, 2021 Hi guys, Is it possible to unpack an exe, edit the source and repack it? Basically the exe has a 7 day trial function on it to then it ceases working and I want to remove it or add X days to it so I can use it forever. It was made using pyinstaller. Thanks! RE: Unpacking and repacking exe - SIM-4378207 - Jan 13, 2021 Most likely it is. You could as well get just the functions you need from it and use them as a script. That should help you - https://www.pyinstaller.org/ Packaging a Python app usually isn't that hard but there are some tricky stuff there too. Lots of tutorials on the internet tho. Not really much information in that regard available 😥 |
