[Final Dose]Anyone else get their vaccine yet? - Tjm - Jan 14, 2021
Got the Moderna COVID-19 first dose vaccine 1/14/21 . No side effects yet so far, maybe a little tired. It’s only been 6hrs though. I have bad asthma and all the ventilators in my local hospital are occupied plus the place is understaffed. Managed to get a spot a couple hours after the email came. Took about an hour to even load the page.
Has anyone else gotten either of them?
Update: Just got final shot 3 hours ago. I guess some people puke, most have fever/full body aches/headache. My doctor said it sucks but went away after a day. Probably will come in and post a general update on my side effects and how I’m feeling.
Day after
Last night about 3:30am I started to feel a little shitty. Woke up around 11:30am feeling like I had spent the day before at the gym. Just muscle/joint soreness. Had some chills but mostly feel fine right now, been slowly going away. Had some weird dreams though.
Day 3
Slept like 10 hours last night, body is sore, still really tired. Nothing horrible though.
2/16- Unless I get cancer or some crazy shit this is the last update. Been drained to hell the last few days. Slept again last night for like 10 hours, missed my doctors appointment. Also screwed myself and forgot to check in for the lounge and messed up 60 days into the award goal :/ But feel mostly back to normal energy wise.
This vaccine also includes the CICP federal program to pay for costs of medical complications from the vaccine, so if I have any medical related issues from it I can file a claim for injury. My friend to me the pfizer one is way more brutal.

Damn. Yeah my town just opened up the next phase group. Been doing the new stage for the last 3 days, 80 people per day. They gave is a little check in site/text surveys that just asks how you’re feeling...But if you feel really shitty the CDC has to torch your body 😝 Yeah my town you had to bring the proof in person of your status.

Yes it has side effects. I have friends in Germany and Poland and they are in very bad health now after the vaccine.

When will be the next dosage for your shot?
Here in our country maybe by next month some of the priority people will be able to get their first dosage of shot but for us just a common people maybe we can get it by mid of this year.

it has arrived and i won't take it as some people died after vaccine, also will not even do it if no one died or show side affects

This. Honestly I'll wait too, I don't trust it either. There was a case in my family where someone died just after the vaccine.

My sister had to because she works at a hospital. She said it's not too bad. The area was a little painful for the first day and she was tired for the first day. After the first day, she was fine. She just got her second dose and the same thing.

Nope I havent, and honestly id rather not leave my house and wait for this to blow ever then ever get it. Im concerned with long term side effects that people don't know about yet.

I’m glad to hear it went smooth, I won’t be taking it though. I honestly believe it was released too fast and some people have had some pretty severe reactions from it.
Only time will tell though, stay safe!

I'll get it once there's been testing on the long and short term effects, otherwise no point. Had Covid twice, it was nothing more than a slight cough and a headcold for me.
