I cant go on omegle with vpn, proxy, or TOR.
But with my real ip i can.
how do i get around this? I need to be on omeble with at least a vpn.

well, mate this is something which you need to ask with your current VPN provider like if the network is in the restricted records. I am not the right guy to answer about another VPN!!

start your vpn, then go to omelge. Record everything on screen. if you are allowed to chat on omegle, then i will pay for your vpn. I want to be sure it works before i pay

I suggest using a VPS.
That way you don't need a vpn and you aren't working from your home IP either.
