This file is indeed infected, (at least the "Import .edu Emails" .exe in the ZIP) it is laced with Agensla trojan AKA keylogger... https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/2257385889975b6e9805e13d21f899d17fecaa4e6193e13bc84dd90352bb75b7/detection
on that note Assembly name is "stub.exe" this is a dead give away that there is something trying to be hidden in the file no one makes a simple piece of software like this and tries to FUD crypt it...
