I need a person who will allow me to enter another person's FB / mess account. this person cannot lose access to the account and cannot find out about the hack attempt.
this person probably logged in using a phone number I know.
i pay in xmr acc. agreed amounts.

Advice for people looking for a similar service.
Be careful, I've only got scam, fabricated screenshots and other crap so far.
If somebody Can do this I'm still waiting but I will pay only after hard proof.
I'm not cheater, I don't have reason to cheat anybody, I found this forum to get service, I have money and time.

You should specify what do you exactly want? Hacking a social media account is not a magic task. There are usually three options. Bruteforce the logins, but in 2021 this often requires vast infrastructure to pull of or a very weak password. The second option is using phising, as in baiting the user to log in via a fake but similair site. And the third option is social engineering the victim into downloading malware.
Two of these you can already do alone and are best executed by you, the person who knows the victim. There are premade tools in many Linux distros for these, such as Kali and Parrot.
I have just joined, but looking at the forum more closely I am doubtful you will find what you seek in a post such as that.
In any case, such services if done legitimately often cost from anywhere of 300usd to 1000usd. So if someone is offering to do this for 50usd paypal, alarm bells should ring.

It seems to me that sending the victim a malware, some rag or a keylogger on an android phone would be the best solution that would send data to me.
But I don't know anything about it.
I used to have experience with spyphone software but it requires physical access to the device for installation...
