To be more precise: What would a blackhat do with it?

you can change the password wifi and do other things such as block clients , but in some routers you can upload malicious file such as a RAT and from there send it to the target , this is helpful as its direct download. You can use it to exploit any cameras as well as other remote devices that depend on router.
