Reverse code engineering - study software protections - hdawg12 - Feb 5, 2021
I've become interested in studying software protections and would like to practice on some standalone apps that implement only protection as practice. I've been on the website Infosec and learning alot from them. I downloaded ollydbg and some standalone apps that are a little to advance for me. I've tried reversing them, but having difficulty(since most are for advance programmers and not newbies like myself) I'm also reading about registrars, flags, EAX,EBX,ECX, etc. so I grasp the basic understanding. Does anyone know some basic/easy standalone practice apps that I can begin with? I've been looking for the reverseMe.exe , but can't find it.
