Open Disputes - BoysWhoCry - Feb 17, 2021 Does anybody do anything about active open disputes Tom has 10 of them and doesn't reply to any of them? How is this allowed to just keep going on i see he has unsolved/answered disputes from over 30 days ago? Hell, he has got an open one from September 2020 over 5 months ago Maybe do like a limit of 5-7 days on them before they get busted? RE: Open Disputes - Xerotic - Feb 17, 2021 HF does not get involved in deals. No members are obligated to deal with any other member. Open disputes are publicly accessible. Members can choose to use that information when deciding to deal with the member in question. I'd also like to add that with the member in question that 0.6% of their deals have a negative rating. On the other hand, you have 4.5% of your ratings as negative. So on average, your deals end up worse. I understand the statistic, obviously it will happen when you do a large number of deals. Nothing against TOM I'm sure he has a good product, also would like to point out my 1 negative B is from a scam who has since been banned because I gave him a negative rating. I see the logic in not wanting to get involved. But I think there should be some sort of punishment type thing where the user is pressured to reply to and close out disputes. I guess a red number kind of does the trick but maybe like limit making marketplace threads or something if they have open? RE: Open Disputes - Omniscient - Feb 18, 2021 BoysWhoCry closed.
