How much you eat at an all you can eat? - severos - Feb 19, 2021

Was scrolling through old photos when I saw some old photos from 2019 with friends at an all you can eat party...
At that day we had shabu shabu (image from google search for reference)

That day we had 2 teams of 2 people, my team won 35-20 plates... (please don't ask what happened next morning🤐)
Could have done more if we didn't hit the time limit.

So, I'm wondering how much you guys would eat at such parties??

When I drink and then eat I can pound a monstrous amount of food. If I remember, at most I've eaten 3 big macs, two large fries, two mc chickens and one 20 piece mc nugget absolutely plastered beyond belief.
During work I usually pack three sandwiches, three yogurts, three energy bars and three drinks of choice. That usually covers me from 9AM to 3PM.

I'm not a big fan of McD but most I've recently eaten was 40 pieces mc nugget, when I ordered it the cashier was like "take out?" but I had a dine in, and was alone🤣

Dude, when I drink I drink. I get so hammered I worry about the problems the next day. The only thing I remember from that day was the bill, eating the food then waking up the next day and taking a dump that could rebuild Rome. When you drink on an empty stomach it's like smoking a blunt when you're starving, you just consume until it hurts.

I get that from bitches on [BRAND NAME REMOVED] a lot.
Only eat what you can't burn off is good advice.
I'm usually around 190 to 210 pounds.

If I don't eat during the day, get high in the afternoon, I can scare myself with how much I can eat in the evening, so I think I could do some decent damage. But, one friend I had in school he was something else. We went to Pizza Hut in London on a school trip once, and from the buffet he ate, and I shit you not, 19 slices of pizza in one sitting, and the kid wasn't even that overweight or large, he was just a machine with food. I remember at the 9 slice mark we were telling him to stop and thinking it was getting a bit much, I felt sick at the 12 slice mark, then watching him carry on was almost like a work of art, I don't know how it was possible.

The sign said please clean up, so my table had to "clean up" much of the food. Especially oysters and seafood. The pizza was generically moist, and was passed away.

Last few months I eat minimum 4000-5000 calories per day , but I can eat double ! Soon I will reduce it to 2000 and will try to lose some weight !
