OpenVPN/proxy server help needed! - Lynx - Mar 1, 2021

I have a proxy server running on a server.
I need a way to make it easy for clients to connect to this proxy (without having to manually add the proxy to their settings).

I figured the best way to do this is if the client would install software like OpenVPN on their device (iOS, Android) and connect through there.

This basically leaves one option available;
Running an OpenVPN server, routing all traffic from OpenVPN through the proxy (which is running on the same server).

I am not sure if this is the only/best solution for the problem but I know it will work.
If you think you have a better solution or if you are able to help me with this, please let me know!

It's a bit of a weird setup.
I need to provide a vpn which routes its traffic through an additional proxy. Any idea?

the proxy when need to be used? proxy | vpn | internet? or vpn | proxy | internet ? the proxy ip is static?

The proxy's ip would be static, yes.

client -> vpn -> proxy -> internet
