Program does not work, crashes and WerFault.exe appears I have been trying everything for 3 days now and not getting a response for support at this point I just want my money back and I will invest into something better.

I'm guessing you have paid for a crypter? I have paid for a license as well, the FUD went out a while ago, However... I Have used other code obfuscation tools, and welcome to HF.
If you want to solidify you dispute make a video of it not working.

I don't even have an antivirus installed, all windows security options like windows defender / realtime protection every option including firewall is disabled.
I got one response "reinstall and use ccleaner"
i've done way more than that and when i asked for additional help and indicating it still does not work i got ignored for 5 days now
this software does not work and no support is being given so i just want my money back.
