Pokmon: Trading Card Game (TCG) - Eden - Mar 8, 2021
Hello everyone, I have recently stumbled across Pokemon: TCG (The Trading Card Game)...
From what I heard you can buy, trade and sell cards.
My Questions are:
1. How do you make the game Fun if none of your friends play.
2. Can you sell the Cards for Cash? (Wondering if there's a Market for it.)
I believe this is in the right Forum Category as it is more about Gaming than Money.

Well, play the pokemon TGC games for the gameboy color, they're fun and you don't need friends to get the hang of it.
You can buy and sell them cards on ebay.

At the moment there is a huge market for it. just take a look at cardmarket.
you dont need friends if you just want to collect them and maybe sell them at some point. it would be cheaper if you maybe get some newer cards and just wait if the value increases. since the market is crazy right now and older cards are expensive af.
as i got into it again in late 2020 i got some sun and moon burning shadow packs in a local store. bought them all and startet with that. almost completet burning shadows. then i ordered a burning shadows display. german for 130 € and opened it. because i wanted to open my first display. kinda stupid because i already had the most cards in this set. but anyways it was fun and i sold almost all doubles on card market.
Last month i got a mail with shopping advices and i saw that this german burning shadow display is now between 300 and 500 €
all the sun and moon cards and other older stuff is exploded. same goes for pre orders atm
