is there any good method to find a proxy that has not been used so i can use it for craigslist ads
they block ip after 1 post

You can buy dirt cheap vps and socks 5 through it.

Scanning or hacking using public servers it's a bad idea.
As others said, your best bet is to buy a cheap vps
