When you say you're waiting for a reply are you saying that you have privately contacted this member? Because if so there was absolutely no need to open this dispute, unless you mean its been days to weeks that you haven't had a reply. Would be good for you to give us more info.

I've added him for support on Discord to which he replied "I don't sell spotify", despite the fact I bought it from him and he still has it advertised on his page. Also contacted via telegram with no reply..
