how to get that booting there needs to be some trick ....

Copying the files to an empty USB drive might be enough to do it if you have a modern computer. the EFI file is the file that gets open by a bootloader to start up the OS. Alternately, just download Microsoft's media creation tool to get a windows installer on a USB drive.
