The biggest problem right now is traffic in my opinion. I love ewhoring and it is easy to scam people that have already been scammed. But at the moment I have 0 dollars because of shitty traffic.

The definition of a scam:

By definition you're scamming people, because it's a deceptive act in which you're pretending to be the girl creating the content for him. Just because you're still giving them content doesn't mean they didn't get scammed. Not that I have any kind of moral judgement against it. I don't exactly give a shit, and I respect the hustle.
But I do believe that selfishly, in terms of traffic and getting paid, it's much easier to work with real girls so you can leverage adult webcam traffic or social media on a longer term basis. But I don't want to turn this into a pitch to get Webcam Riches. Genuinely curious if my challenges with E-Whoring line up to other peoples frustrations with it.
So it's mostly getting traffic and dealing with time wasters?

Yes its like a scam because you are not the real girl, but if you think like that about scamming people, you will never get real profit.
The real things off Ewhoring is enjoy your fake identity and get trusted from the horny man, if they trust you they will send money for ever, thats sure.
