What do you do late at night when you cant sleep?
I tend to find myself smoking more of the devils lettuce to pass out but doesn't work\game
I've taken sleeping meds before but found myself sleeping to much and not being able to get stuff don't
the next day.
Any Recommendations

I can literally fall asleep anywhere in minutes.
I usually like to watch Netflix and fall asleep with that.

Yeah I try smoking to help sleep but sometimes it doesnt put me out so I do what i do now, scroll lifelessly on HF until somehow i get tired.

I don't do anything special to fall asleep.
I just lie down idle doing nothing and within 5 mins I am off to sleep :D
But ya there are very few days when I don't be sleepy enough that is the time when I hear songs on Spotify and somehow I fall asleep instantly.

Most of the time when I can't sleep it's because of business issues or personal or/and family problems.
What I do most of the time is to get up, go on the terrace and chill for a while or I turn on the TV, switch to YT and find a nice short documentary to watch.

I don't really have a problem falling a sleep, I did have an issue during a specific period of time where I basically stayed up, smoked and watched the scenery to pas the time with my thoughts, I don't really remember what helped me sleep during that time tho
