Monkey playing MindPong - Zero - Apr 11, 2021
They first installed the chip and let him play using a joystick. They studied his brain activity for 6 weeks till he was finally able to play games with his mind only.
This is a big step.

well now its official im 100% convinced elon is taking over the world. if they can do this with monkeys just think when everyone has one of these in their brain he can control everyone haha

Yeah they had chips in their brain too...
Then the airforce after training them successfully on fighter jet flying, put them in a radiation room to see how long they live incase WW3 happens so we can know how long we have to make it Russia before dying.

Either way this is still quite the accomplishment.. I do feel sus about the speed Neuralink is going already though. Might just be some media hype driven content. This has been accomplished before but with wiring/ This is the first time being wireless and transmitting, still pretty cool and something to be proud of.

so the gist is we are going to be used as a robot instead of making one in future.

Why did we let GPS tracker and data collectors be a thing and we carry them with us willingly everywhere? Same concept.
