what country you're from?
you can always sign up for a free 2nd Playstation account for any supported country like US/UK/CA you want even if your own country is not supported at set that account as a "PRIMARY" in your console and play using your 1st (original) account without any issue.

IP doesn't matter in this case but PSN sign up country instead. so make sure you have either US/CA or UK PSN account.

Anyone from any country can create any PSN country account. its free and totally fine to use multiple accounts on your console. 💯👍
