For some kind of reason , my credit card won't work when buying nvpn , i've heard about crypticvpn , is it good?

I wouldn't really recommend a VPN for setting up a RAT. It's best to keep as many files off your own computer as much as possible.

i would recommend ProtonVPN , it is located in Schweiz. but doesn't support Portforwarding.

That is why you simply buy a vps and create your own personal vpn. Takes a few minutes to setup and is just as cheap as purchasing a vpn from someone else.
