Best software for Binding 2 .exe files? - MarkoTheHacker - Apr 15, 2021
Can anyone recommend a simple but stable software to bind 2 .exe files which:
- is free
- has the option to set a custom icon
Thanks.

There's one literally built into windows, it's called "iexpress".
To use it, press the Windows key + R and type in "iexpress".
