I have a logo that I've had done up and it's what I wanted yet I need to change it a little and make it look more professional, and more real.
I'm open to the new gamer minimalist look like these

These images are from a fiver designer, he won't allow me to obtain copyrights to the logo he makes me which means he is using templates and copying others work. That being said, I like the work, I don't want these images to be like mine I want my image to have the STYLE THE SHADING AND THE POP like these images do
Paying $20 for this, more if we discuss and can have multiple revisions and criteria that needs to be met, must have portfolio to show me. I already paid for my logo, and I need a better artist to add more to it. The artist was great and I didn't give him much to work with but now that I have something to show you I want to enhance it.
I own the copyright to this image. You will edit and upon payment, I will own the copyright to the image that I buy from you as well. Since I already own the copyright to the original, it's a given already... but just to clarify :-)
I will want the source files along with the finished product.
If you do good, I have a ton more work.

your artist can't add shadows and depth to the mascot ?
if so, it's better to remake the whole thing , but $20 is too low for a professional work tho

Updated the criteria for what I wanted as my original idea wasn't going to work
