I purchased flow crypter pro 7 for 3 months which was of 65 USD,
i waited a long time to get my crypter which was never provided. the owner rarely replied on discord.
i would like my money back as no services were ever provided/ used.

User is a scammer, has many disputes for the same reason. He is misrepresenting his 'service' as a product and a tool. He had no intention of ever sending you a tool, just keeping your $.

TOM does not give refunds. He will continue to deliver broken or non-working products to you, ghost you for a week, and then repeat, for the next 3 months, all in order to ensure he doesn't have to refund you.

How could he still be allowed to sell on HF??
Disputes every weeks, and a huge part is closed because he asked the customer do to it, promising he will resolve the problem.
But he has absolutely nothing valuable to sell : no skills, no tools, no "team" behind his "products" and "services".
The only thing he is good at is lying, scamming, ghosting, ignoring.
And also promoting his threads, I admit.

Admins/forum staff do not get involved in these types of scenarios. It can be unfortunate when there is mass scamming such as this, but it is what it is. There is a reason that disputes are highlighted on profiles, and trust scans exist. It's always advised to do your research before purchasing from someone... a quick profile glance on TOM would show his shady business practices.
